- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give less than one star I would. Staff beyond the front desk are always abrasive and unfriendly. Dr Taylor himself was extremely aggressive and unfriendly stating that because of hipaa laws, my child would not be allowed to come back with me in the treatment room while my other child was having a cavity filled. Stating it was “not a living room or social hour.” Stated she would need to go to the waiting room or we would need to reschedule the appointment. Leaving my children unattended is not something I do and I’m appalled that I was asked to do that. My child’s cavity was not filled, we left, and we will not be returning.May 28, 2017by Lisa Jones
